Hiya,
Recently i’ve gained a bit of weight, going from a size 8-10 to sizes 10-12. I’ve cut down some foods in my diets as i need to be more healthy because i eat a lot of rubbish! - Whatever your diet plan, it should not leave you unable to focus or feeling tired. These are signs that your body is not just losing weight but suffering.
