There are 3 reasons … There are 3 reasons why people cant lose weight. 1) It’s a weird medical condition. Think grossly obese. 2) You haven’t researched enough about nutrition and excercise and are doing everyhting wrong! wrong! wrong! 3) You know what you’re doing but you give up too soon because you don’t notice immediate results.
If you want cabbage … If you want cabbage soup for the benefits alone, then just boil the cabbage in water until the cabbage leaves turn soft. You can add things like carrors,cellery and pepper for taste. Do not add salt as this would make you retain water and that defeats the whole purpose. The cabbage diet is a VERY short term solution. I wouldn’t do it longer than 3 days. You’ll feel like and end up gaining back all the weight, except you’ll be even worse off because you will have lost muscle mass.
ok question, if u … ok question, if u were to have an eating disorder, wouldnt it be better to be bulemic since u would get a few of the nutrients u need? and ur not throwing up the fat ur throwing up all the food period, and the weight u lose is muscle not fat anyways.
If your stomach is … If your stomach is growly, drink water before eating anything. Often, thirst is mistaken for hunger and eating when your thirsty will make you gain weight!
Eat plain fare home … Eat plain fare home cooking in moderate sizes, morningcardio, some weightlifting adn voila ^_^
Might not be superfast (depending on your comitment) but hey, atleast it’s healthy and you’ll change your lifestyle to a healthier one along the way =)
