How to Lose 10 Pounds in a Week-tips to Help You Lose Weight Fast in One Week!
Are you trying to find out how to lose 10 pounds in a week? With self-discipline and a lot of determination, it can be done. A lot of people don’t want to put any effort into losing weight quickly. This is why the results are usually not good. You can see some quick results by making some sacrifices and several changes to your diet.
Limiting your calorie consumption is the first step in finding out how to lose 10 pounds in a week. Most people don’t know the amount of calories they consume a day. Your daily caloric intake is important to know and you should start keeping track of this immediately. You then need to decrease your daily calorie intake by 500 or more. This is your first goal in losing some quick weight. You can do this by cutting out snacks and junk food, using mustard instead of mayo, and avoiding fried and processed foods.
You should be drinking eight glasses of water every day if you really want to know how to lose 10 pounds in a week. If you’re a diet soda drinker, then for every one you drink a day, add 2 more glasses of water to your daily total. Water is a natural appetite suppressant and it also aides in digestion by increasing your body’s natural metabolism. Water is my favorite part of my weight loss maintenance routine because it is so simple, easy, and effective.
There are actually some foods that are so low on calories that digesting them burns more calories than the food had to begin with. Any decent diet plan will show you how to lose 10 pounds in a week by identifying these foods and including them in your diet program.
Notice that I didn’t tell you to exercise? Although it is important to include exercise for health reasons, most overweight people are probably getting enough exercise as is. It is what they eat that keeps them from losing weight. So if you are looking to lose a significant amount of weight within a limited time frame, the best way to do this is by changing your diet. However, after reaching your initial goal, it is important to incorporate exercise in order to tone up and stay healthy.

I need to lose 60 pounds in 23 weeks! HELP!?
. I honestly don’t even have enough room to do a work out video DVD and they are SOOOOOO boring. Ok, I admit it, I’m a bit awkward and not very coordinated. I want to be active..I’m actually NOT dreading it..but I feel like it’s so hard!
Ok, so I’m doing a challenge. Normally I wouldn’t lose weight so fast but I’m wondering if I can get any tips. I’m 5′4 205 and I need to be down to 145 by April 15th. That’s 23 weeks. TIPS?! I live in NYC and don’t even have enough room to jump rope in my apt. Also, the weather sucks here so being outside is going to be hard. Any inside workout tips that take up minimal room? I’m talking MINIMAL. My room is like 8 by 8 and 6 feet ceiling.
Also…does anyone think this is possible? I’m a 23 year old female.
Thanks for your NICE answers
I’m eating lots of vegetables and fruits right now ( I actually enjoy them). Has anyone else been on the same boat and lost a lot of weight? If so, how tall are you and how much did you lose? What did you eat and what were your calorie restrictions? The resistance bands sound like an AWESOME idea! I’m buying some NOW.
I’m not lazy, however, in NYC, it takes like an hour to get to the gym and an hour to get back. It could be just 3 miles away but during the early mornings and weekends (when I’m able to go) the trains are SLOW. So I admit, the gym turns me off horribly bad. If only I had one that was a few blocks from my house I would go everyday. Unfortunately, in NYC the weather sucks so during the winter working outside isn’t much of an option

What you need to do is buy resistance bands. They are extremely versatile and take up little to no room. They are excellent for toning and getting lots of reps in. With the amount of weight you are trying to lose, cardio is a MUST. I don’t know if a gym membership is an option for you, but since the weather is bad you should check in to it. Also, if home is the only option, workout tapes are a good investment. You get to choose the activity and the skill level, these also don’t take up too much room. Good luck!

Pilates are amazing and you will start to see and feel the results in no time! You can do the exercises on your bed if you don’t have enough floor space. I’m in the same boat as you are, so this is the only workout I can fit in my crammed room too!
