What is a VERY quick way to lose weight?

I need a trick that can make me lose weight quickly. Other than eating right and physical activity, what is something I can do to speed up the process of quick weight loss?

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.

1. Choose whole grains.

2. Drink plenty of water.

3. Choose lean meats and fish.

4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.

5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.

6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.

9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.

10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.

11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.

12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).

    liposuction.

    there is NO quick way to lose weight. jog everyday for an hour. <— do this for a couple months you will never have to worry about being overweight or out of shape.

    My brother doesnt eat anything, sometimes a light snack around 11 but doesnt eat until like 8 and he has lost a pound a day.

    Its really not good to loose weight fast it will just come right back but this works really good and if you keep exercising after you lose weight this is the most amazing thing

    There is no quick fix for losing weight over night, especially a large amount. Patience really is the key to losing weight. Eating smaller portions through out the day (i’ve heard of people snacking every 2 hours or something like that) keeps your metabolism high, paired with regular excercise will work over time. I think most people need like an hour of cardio a day, that alone helps a lot if you’re usually a couch potato. I’ve spent 2 months building myself up to doing an hour a day.

    Here is what I know about losing weight. It can be confusing. I can tell you some tips —

    It is simple – burn more calories and take in less.

    It is also complicated – different hormones cause different reactions to the food you eat – leptin helps. The timing of when you eat makes a big difference – don’t eat right before bed.

    Exercise makes a difference – take a walk after a meal and you will put on less weight from it. Different types of exercise cause different effects.

    How you combine your foods, and also which foods you eat – refined sugar, flour, and high fat foods all make you put on weight and screw up your metabolism – no fun being insulin-resistant or building up too many fat cells that never go away (unless you get liposuction). Eating lots of plant-based foods and lean protein, and avoiding too much starch helps activate the right hormones to burn the calories rather than storing them.

    Hand-holding can be important for many people, because it is a major change to your routines to try and lose weight. It is all a little confusing.
