LOL… i agree… there is just no way that you can cook like this in Europe… here we have fruit and veg markets, and chicken which you would have to boil yourself, and dressing that you have to prepare…. I love it though !

i have this avocado just chilling on my counter and I am making a chicken salad today so I was kind of bummed that I couldn’t use it with it because I’ve never heard of avocado chicken salad so I wasn’t sure it would be good but when I typed in chicken salad recipe yours came out!
