    Dashama thank you. Did the Hempseed powder ( they did not have chocolate but the vanilla spice) w/almond milk and the cacao and I added Flaxseed Pomagrante Oil -it was yummy. I think I added a extra bit of Cacao :P it has a slight bitter coffee like taste which is great because I gave up coffee!

    curious – why 422 in your name? btw pH doesn’t really fluctuate in your body owing to carbonic acid buffer (CO2 acid which you breat out to balance change in H+ ions!) blood~ 7.35-7.45; if this changes +- .1 you die! urine pH changes somewhat, mostly due to level of exercise (lactic acid) and diet (protein metabolism; amino acids; uric acid)
