Im so glad youre … Im so glad youre doing this, ive been looking for some inspiration as ive been trying to lose weight for the longest time, im also at the heaviest ive ever been (age 24) so need to get back into shape and eat healthier. im unwell at the moment and have been for several months so i cant exercise a lot, but im definitely going to get into the healthier eating. keep us updated and good luck x
weight watchers is … weight watchers is good you can still have pizza and chocolate you can eat anything as long as you stay within your points i lost 25 on it b4 i had my second son gotta start again now tho

I’m officially on a … I’m officially on a diet with you. You motivated me to lose weight. I just had a baby 6 months ago and gained about 40lbs. Finding what to eat is the hardest for me. So keep me posted please!!
Good luck! I am 24 … Good luck! I am 24 and I weigh the exact same as you right now:) I would love to help keep you accountable. Oh for the asparagus….trim off the ends…and put them in a pan with some olive oil,salt, and pepper and roast them in the oven at 425 for about 15 mins. SO GOOD!

Tip: Get a Brita pitcher instead of bottled water!

im gonna try the … im gonna try the whole wheat pasta today. My friend loves it and swears by it. Also try the cloverleaf tuna with sundried tomatoes and basil! amazing and i dont like fish:)
wow you go girl! … wow you go girl! After having my 2 daughters one right after the other (13 months apart) I ended up weighing 155 lbs. Now i weigh 125. People can’t believe I have kids. Its all about what u eat and how much. I just tried to have a big breakfast rich in fiber proteins for energy and eat every 2-3 hrs. a snack and drink lots of water. I know u could do it. I wish u the best.
Hey…good luck on … Hey…good luck on your diet! Just thought I’d give you a “recipe” for your asparagus…I never used to like asparagus until I made them like this…just place them on a pan drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and some kosher coarse salt (just a bit don’t want too much sodium Cook in the oven for about 10-15 min so they are still crunchy. They are delicious I hope you try it out! =)

You should really … You should really check out the “Abs Diet” book….it’s got awesome tips for losing weight. My husband and I both started implementing most of the ideas/recipes given and I lost 50 pounds in about 6 months! We did it all just by eating healthy and exercising (the old-fashioned way!)….we were NEVER hungry, we ate snacks in between meals and had 1 cheat meal a week(usually on weekends that way you don’t feel like you are depriving yourself)..wish you the best !
i am about the same … i am about the same if not less. so we r like the same weight!! i already lost 30 lbs. and stopped my diet a while ago. so i gain a tiny bit, i will definitly be joining you, my technique is different from yours a little. i eat RLLY small portions, which i think is a little intense but hey it works for me and if i have the will power i can do it good luck to us all and god bless
It’s good that you … It’s good that you cut out soda and energy drinks. Small meals throughout the day is very helpful. It looks like you have the right idea of what to eat for a practical diet. Can’t wait to see you reach your goal.
Im a diabetic so … Im a diabetic so watchin my carbs is a MUST and I do other tricks lol. smaller portions and like u said plenty of water. when I say diet my brain goes into OMG mode. and I sike myself out so. I just say changing my life. better eating and more moving. Good Luck hun I’m with you.
I’ll diet with you … I’ll diet with you I’ve been wanting to lose some weight before the holidays get here. Then I’ll have to rediet afterwards from all the cookies I’ll eat. haha.
