    Wonderful videos…very inspirational. Just wanted to let you (and your viewers) know that there are many websites to help you calculate your resting metabolic rate. Unless you are not moving at all, most people burn over 1200 calories per day naturally. So decreasing your caloric intake (no lower than about 1200) and burning calories through exercise (cardio & weights) will ALWAYS lead to healthy weight loss!

    Now all I have to do is practice what I preach! I need to lose about 60lbs!
