Hey–
You can just … Hey–
You can just do as many as you want in 1/2 an hour, but I’d end with a stretch like Pigeon Pose [see the video for that] and make sure to rest on your back for 2-3 minutes afterwards to reset your body into the new alignment as you cool down.
Have fun!

I sometimes eat a little about 30 mins before practicing and it’s fine. Do your practice any time you can–life is busy, and do it when you feel like it, so you’ll be more likely to stick with it! I’m a night practicer, not a morning, but lots of people love the morning. Do your yoga, and all good things will come.;) Sadie
Absoutely–didn’t … Absoutely–didn’t even know I could do it! I’m yoga savvy, not techno;)
I will see what I can do, and check back for more, and slower postings!!

YES–you will … YES–you will totally lose weight doing a vigorous form of flow yoga like this…but you also have to eat well…do both and you’ll see a big improvement!

It’s not advanced, … It’s not advanced, but even strong beginners can do it if you practice it, learn it, and then do it at your own pace once you do. Just don’t do the whole move, but as much of it as you can. This video is a cardio flow, which means to keep your heart rate up, you keep moving. Try my beginners videos- I have a lot of those too!;)

Hey there,
you … Hey there,
you could try my Power Half Hour series or any of my other videos, most of which are pretty intermediate already! For further instruction I’d see a yoga teacher in person and inquire about where you are now, and how to progress in your poses. It’s hard for me to know your capability without seeing you, you know? xoxoSadie
I’d do it, then … I’d do it, then repeat it till I had a 30-minute practice OR you can get my 30 and 60 minute Yoga for Weight loss videos on my SadieNardini page!!

So I think it’s … So I think it’s good for you to work the abs and keep the back long, as in yoga. I’m sure your doc just doesn’t want you to pressurize the area too much, but staying away from getting the abs stronger, releasing out your lower back and strengthening your torso muscles isn’t serving you. You’ll be in more pain if your back and ab muscles are weak [abs] and tight] low back]. I’d suggest you find a yoga teacher near you who understands the back, and work with them to create a healthy back for you!
this is very … this is very interesting. I just tried about 5 mins and I already feeling the stretch from my muscles. but I have a question. Is that normal for beginners? tnx sadie
where can i download your yoga videos aside from youtube? tnx again.
well excatly what’s … well excatly what’s wrong is i broke my L2 vertabrae when i was arond 11. it was an impact fracture. i never knew i did it (i dont know how that happened) and it healed the wrong way and it’s possible that fluid is whats causing my discomfort
