Sterolyn has …
Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.

Maybe you should …
Maybe you should send your story to Dr. McDougall so he can share with those on his website. The more people who give their testimonies, the more courage others will have to try this amazing lifestyle.

I went back to the …
I went back to the plan in the past year and my health shot back up again and I feel great. I wake up in the morning without problems and look better, lol. Nothing else I’ve ever done has shown to be self-proving like going vegan…you can really test everything for yourself. You look to be a prime example

Sure, well…I lived in Santa Rosa where Dr. McDougall had his show and followed the weight loss plan after my first child. I was so healthy it was amazing and then after my next two children, I just went into a depression and went back to dairy…destroyed my health…tried everything else out there…

When I first started losing weight, I would keep track of my fat grams staying around 25 to 30 a day. That way, I became very aware of what foods had added fats in them like breads, crackers, spaghetti sauces, etc. I haven’t kept track for yrs. now though I’ll still look at the labels to see how much fat is in the package. I still keep the 25 gms. of fat limit in mind though I don’t count my avocados or nuts, I’m just mindful of how much I eat.

Hi — the video is …
Hi — the video is great, and you look wonderful! So you mostly eat only whole-food fats — do you strive for a certain percentage of fat?
Thanks!

I use oils very …
I use oils very sparingly. For a salad dressing I use Newman’s Liten Up balsamic vinagrette. I use water or vegetable broth to sautee vegetables. I try to get all my fats from olives, avocados (one of my favorite foods) and raw nuts.
Thanks for your comment and question. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. My husband and I are planning to make more videos about health and healthy, cheap cooking.
