seriously thank you for the information i have my upper abs you can barely see my lower abs because i cant quite find a good enough workout that doesnt involve my leg muscles but now you give me the info to be able to use just my lower abs and not my legs this is great thank you

I just did 3 sets …
I just did 3 sets of 10 of the first ab exercise and I’m still feeling the burn in my lower abs. It was easy to do because there was no neck and head strain. I love the laying down flat position, so much easier on your spine and neck.

Cardio uses Carbs …
Cardio uses Carbs as a primary energy source, means it takes about 20 minutes before your excersize actually starts burning fat
Doing muscle or Anerobic excersizes are far more effective as they:
1. Boost Metabolism
2. Burn a greater ratio of Fat
3. Burn more calories in a single excersize as the muscle continues to work long after the excersize finishes

thats fine at first, but after a little while it will not stimulate your abs in the same way because it is static. than you have to change it up.

to get rid of …
to get rid of fatty-ness you have to do cardio exercises like jumping rope , aerobics , or running chek my favorites there should be a 2 minute routine in it with a girl showing u wat to do , it increases ur metabolism (speed of digestion and blabla) which will help u get rid of the fat

Is Crunches …
Is Crunches considered to work out the upper abs? Because in this video clearlys shows how to construct the lower abs. Can anyone help me on Upper ab work out?
