Forth, what I said was that doing ABS exercises would stress abs muscles that would actually stimulate their growth or transformation. I didn’t say they’d get BIG, I said they’d get bigger. Of course in advanced part of making your abs better in one or other ways it won’t grow bigger if you’d choose to make lots of reps instead of working out with huge weight and few reps. You are a complete idiot. Doing ab exercises will add strength and stability to your core along with doing hip f lexer and lower back exercises. If you want to protect your back, you need to do ab exercises and lower back exercises. One complements the other. You will not get BIG AB MUSCLES by doing ab exercises. Whoever told you that is a complete idiot concerning biomechs and muscle physiology. Also, I think 1min is meant to mean several sessions a day, not just ONE minute a day..wow!

Anyone can have a 6 pack of abs, but not be able to see it. This MIGHT get you abs, i highly doubt it. The best way to get abs is to do a killer ab workout that makes your stomach hurt bad. To make your abs visible you have to run/jog/speed-walk. This burns the fat in your stomach that covers your stomach muscles.
