1b: Body Squat – 15 reps

2a: Band Row – 15 reps
2b: Hamstring Curl – 15 reps

3a: Shoulder Band Press – 15 reps
3b: Wall Squat Hold – 30 seconds

4a: Tricep Extension – 15 reps
4b: Plank – 30 seconds

1a: Dumbbell Squat – 15 reps
1b: Knee Pushups – 15 reps

2a: Forward Dumbbell Lunegs -12 reps per side
2b: Reverse Band Fly – 15 reps

3a: Hamstring Curl – 15 reps
3b: Shouder Dumbbell Press – 15 reps

4a: Calf Dumbbell Raise – 15 reps
4b: Plank = 40 seconds

4 Week Quick Start Workout Program For Women – week 4

1a: Standard Pushup – 10 reps
1b: Prison Squat – 15 reps

2a: Reverse Dumbbell Lunges – 12 reps/side
2b: Kneeling Pulldown – 15 reps

3a: Hip Bridge – 15 reps
3b: Shoulder DB Press – 15 reps

4a: Side Plank = 30 seconds
4b: DB Calf Raise – 15 reps

    As a young beginner, I would not start of with heavy bench press and heavy deadlift. You need to master our own bodyweight first before adding any external weight. If you cannot squat properly (using only your own bodyweight) then I would not barbell squat).
